CANCELLATION POLICY:
ADDITIONAL TERMS:
All cancellations must be made through Mindbody, either online or via the app; we do not accept cancellations over the phone or via text. A 12-hour notice is required for all class cancellations. If you cancel within 12 hours of the scheduled start time, or fail to attend without prior cancellation, you will forfeit the class credit for that session. Additionally, those with a monthly day-pass membership will incur a $10 Late Cancellation/No Show Fee.

Once you book a class, switching to a different class within the 12-hour cancellation period is not permitted. We encourage you to cancel well in advance if you're unable to attend, allowing another client the opportunity to take your place. This policy helps ensure that everyone can participate in the classes they desire. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us provide the highest quality of service.

• Any unused classes with monthly memberships do not roll over.
